WHO WE ARE
Rotacyjny Dom Kultury may be the only organization in Poland that both grew out of a grassroots independent community and is a part of a municipal cultural institution. Operating at the intersection of Dom Kultury Śródmieście and Wolny Jazdów, Rotacyjny Dom Kultury has been co-creating its program for over 10 years in a unique green urban space.
The name “Rotacyjny” (Rotary) reflects the constantly changing nature of the program. Every week something different happens here. We organize exhibitions, meetings, concerts, picnics, and workshops. Anyone can submit an idea for an event through our open call. Once a year, we collect proposals and select projects that are then implemented throughout the year.
The call for projects for 2026 runs from January 8 to January 29, 2026. Rotacyjny Dom Kultury has a Programme Council that supports the project selection process. The Council consists of people working in organizations and institutions related to culture, art, society, and ecology.
ACCESSIBILITY & GETTING HERE
If you don’t have to, please do not come by car. Car traffic is restricted in the Jazdów estate, and we do not have parking spaces for event participants. Vehicles without permits may be towed.
If you are entitled to use a designated accessible parking space (marked with a blue badge), you may enter the estate without a permit. The accessible parking space is located next to the building at ul. Jazdów 3/6, approximately 130 meters from our house.
You can reach us by public transport via Plac Na Rozdrożu. Rotacyjny Dom Kultury is located about 300–350 meters from the bus stops.

If you are coming from Plac Na Rozdrożu, Rotacyjny Dom Kultury is the first house you will see in Jazdów. It is located closer to John Lennon Street, a small road running along the fence of Ujazdowski Park.

Rotacyjny Dom Kultury is the only house in Jazdów with a large driveway leading up to the porch.
The toilet is equipped with grab bars. Transfer is possible from the left side of the toilet.
We do not have an induction loop.
We aim to provide other accessibility solutions according to declared needs.
