From art workshops, to concerts and theatre performances, to active participation in socio-cultural initiatives, the institution’s program aims to promote inclusion, encourage self-development and creativity and foster active citizenship.
Dom Kultury Śródmieście is made up of 5 different locations across Warsaw’s central district (Śródmieście). The locations include a concert room (Scena na Smolnej) and workshop/project space (Dom w Alejach) in the very heart of Warsaw, art studios in a historical building (Pracownie Artystyczne), a café (Międzypokoleniowa Klubokawiarnia) and a cottage house in a park (Rotacyjny Dom Kultury). Each of the 5 locations offers a different program and targets a different audience. Most of our locations are accessible for people with disabilities, and we are proud to have a space suited for neurodivergent persons.
