Practical information

The programme is aimed at adults who wish to enhance their qualifications and professional competences through participation in international courses, training sessions, workshops, and exchanges of experience. The support covers a wide range of activities, including individual and group mobility for adult learners, job shadowing, professional development courses for staff, visits by invited experts, and other activities as described below.

Main Goals of Dom Kultury Śródmieście within the Erasmus+ Programme

  • Developing environmental awareness and strengthening the competences of adult learners at Dom Kultury Śródmieście to actively participate in civic life.

  • Enabling the participation of disadvantaged groups in educational mobility activities abroad to promote equal access to international learning opportunities.

  • Enhancing staff competences in good practices, trends, and innovative solutions in education in order to broaden DKŚ’s audience — with particular attention to foreign residents and new community groups.

These goals will be implemented in line with the following Erasmus Quality Standards:

  • Inclusion and Diversity. Promoting equal opportunities and access, social inclusion, diversity, and fairness in all programme-related activities.

  • Digital Education. Supporting people of all ages in developing digital skills and competences, and building the capacity and knowledge necessary to use digital technologies for teaching and learning within educational institutions.

  • Environment and the Fight Against Climate Change. Providing learners of all ages with opportunities to gain knowledge about the climate crisis and sustainable development.

  • Participation in Democratic Life, Common Values, and Civic Engagement. Encouraging civic participation and ethical behaviour through lifelong learning, while strengthening social and intercultural competences, critical thinking, and media literacy.
