Participation in the Erasmus+ Programme opens up new opportunities for the staff of the Śródmieście Cultural Centre (DKŚ) to develop professionally, exchange experiences, and find inspiration in an international environment. Educational mobility offers a chance to enhance skills, learn about good practices used in other European countries, and build networks that enrich both the participants’ individual growth and the institution’s overall activities. Through training trips and job shadowing, our employees have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, strengthen their competences, and implement innovative solutions in cultural and educational work for the benefit of the local community.
As part of language courses, DKŚ staff members have already visited Malta, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Greece, where they improved their foreign language skills and explored diverse cultural contexts.
