Participation in the Erasmus+ programme opens up new opportunities for the staff of Dom Kultury Śródmieście to develop professionally, exchange experiences, and gain inspiration in an international environment. Educational mobility provides a chance to enhance competences, learn about best practices from other European countries, and build networks that enrich both individual development and the institution’s activities. Through training trips and job shadowing, our staff have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, strengthen skills, and implement innovative solutions in cultural and educational work for the benefit of the local community.
Job shadowing mobilities took place in:
Croatia – at Centar za Kulturu Trešnjevka,
Romania – at Transit.ro, Bucharest,
Germany – at Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, as well as within the exhibition Democratic Design – Space for Cooperation, Collaboration and Compromise.
These visits allowed our staff to observe partner institutions’ working methods, exchange experiences, and draw inspiration, which they then apply in their daily cultural activities for the Warsaw community.
